How long will you receive your order? Fercasa sas fulfills your order quickly and on time. We have chosen to use a secure, fast and reliable service, the SDA Express Courier, which delivers in 36 hours (48/72 Puglia, Calabria and Isole), excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery times start from the order acceptance (cash or paypal), or from the verification of the bank transfer, and will be respected except for possible delays due to technical problems or force majeure. The Corriere Sda generally delivers in the morning, from 9 to 13, or from 14 to 18. It is possible to indicate a preferred time slot in the "Notes" field when ordering, even if it is not to be considered binding. Our advice is to indicate, if possible, a place of delivery where someone is always present for collection, even a workplace. It is also very important to provide a telephone number and indicate the exact name on the intercom / bell (if different from the holder). What happens if I am not at home on delivery? If at the time of delivery the recipient is absent, the Courier representative leaves a notice of passage and makes a new delivery attempt the next day. After the first attempt, it is already possible to contact the courier and arrange a time for delivery (subject to the availability of the courier). At the time of shipping confirmation you will be provided with the traceable code of your package. If the package is not collected within 5 working days, it will be returned to the sender. In the event that the same shows obvious breakages or tampering, the Customer is asked to report any visible damage or lack of packages directly on the SDA bulletin that travels together with the package, signing but also writing the phrase "I accept with reserve". The Customer will then promptly notify Fercasa sas via email. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must in any case be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects must be reported to Fercasa sas in writing. Any notification received after the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
